Restorative Yoga

March 4, 11, 18, 25

  

This 90-minute class allows for  total relaxation and breath awareness. Leave distractions and stresses of daily life behind. Use supportive postures with props (pillows, blankets, bolsters, blocks) to encourage gravity to create releases and openings for the body without the effort of “doing.” Benefits:  Reduce deep muscle tension, improve range of motion, breathing, and overall mental health.
