Join us on the first Friday of each month this winter for our popular Candlelight Yoga classes. Soothing Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation a Restorative Yin Practice
Let  go of your weeks’ events and tensions by unwinding, relaxing, and  chilling on your yoga mat. Melt and surrender into tranquility with yoga  postures specifically chosen to release tension, increase strength,  improve balance, and enhance flexibility. Breathing into your tightness  will surely allow you to leave your mat feeling recharged, replenished,  relaxed and renewed. No experience needed.  Wear comfortable clothes.  Enjoy the benefits of letting go.
