Learn simple and effective self-massage techniques using the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and the Roll Model Method® to roll away tension and discomfort in muscles and surrounding tissues. 


Restore mobility and range of motion while reducing aches and pains with simple movement and corrective exercises. 


Relax and reset your nervous system to “aahhh” with nourishing restorative postures. You will leave feeling amazing!


No yoga experience necessary. This workshop is accessible for all students. 


Fitness attire such as tanks, yoga capris or shorts work best for the self-massage portion of the workshop. Bring additional clothing to layer during the restorative part of the workshop. Please refrain from eating a heavy meal prior to each session.
