TODAY "PAIN IN THE NECK" has a whole new meaning! 

Shoulders, neck and back pain along with postural alignment dysfunction is at an all-time high. Hours of rounding from working on computers, texting, and slouching create forward flexion in our cervical neck, back and spine. 

Learn to counter the forward slump by creating spaciousness in shoulder joints, neck and back, release tension in wrists and hands, and increase  range of motion. Learn breathing techniques to use at home for relief from chronic pain and dis-ease. 

Pamela has taught many to MOVE optimally in their bodies and to LIVE a more empowered life with less stress and more ease. 

The area of the upper back, neck, and shoulders is often the place of tension and stress. In this class you will learn and understand the main causes this area poses as we practice postures to open and release.. Increase your sense of self and well-being and find and enjoy a healthier you!
