In this series you will learn the fundamental principles of the 5 step approach to meditation and develop an on-going practice. Each week emphasizes a different principle and technique. Through lecture, discussion and plenty of practice, learn to relax, relieve stress, increase happiness and find the deeper aspects of yourself.
