This 90 minute class releases tensions of the upper and lower spine, neck, shoulders, and head. Work to decrease tension, pain, headaches, and shoulder discomfort. Learn how the body compensates to reduce dis-ease of the mind and body. Class is based on the needs and issues of the participant’s utilizing breath awareness, restorative and yin yoga poses and rolling on the connective tissue (fascia) in the body. Class ends with a guided relaxation.
