Your first appointment is a 90 minute assessment, evaluation, and discussion of strengths and weaknesses. Appropriate techniques to reach desired goals and outcome will be addressed.
Following your first appointment, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly one-hour visits will be scheduled. A personal routine will be designed to improve overall health and wellbeing.
One-on-one sessions are wonderful for those who may be intimidated by a class, who want personalized instruction, or have a specific condition. During this time you learn about your body and how the body compensates for injury, tightness, or day-to-day living. Private sessions may be of interest to those with health concerns such as asthma, allergies, back issues, cancer, or other health related aliments.
