Class Policies & GUidelines

Guidelines

To show respect for yourself and others during class Mindful Yoga asks that you honor the following:


  • Pre-registration for ALL classes required / No Walk In's


  • Mat and props are not provided. Bring your own. Suggested:  mat/towel, small throw pillow, blanket, strap/belt, yoga blocks, bolster 


  • Wash or sanitize your hands before and after class. Bring hand sanitizer/wipes if you prefer.


  • Stay home if you are not feeling well, coughing, sneezing, or fever


                  Thank you for your continued support.  Look forward to seeing you. 


Studio Guidelines For Yoga Class

To show respect for yourself and others during class Mindful Yoga strongly recommends that you honor the following guidelines:


  • Wear non-binding clothing for free movement
  • No perfume or cologne in class
  • Practice in bare feet, no socks
  • Allow at least 2 hours after eating before class
  • If you must eat prior to class, eat lightly
  • Please arrive on time for class; preferably 10 minutes to the start of class

Studio Payment Policies

  • Classes are held once a week 
  • Payment online, in studio with credit, cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay
  • 10 Class Pass valid for 4 months for class purchased
  • All sales final  / No refunds or credits
  • Special Presenters no refunds
