An engaging class for experienced students and teachers. Take your practice to the next level. Focus and explore anatomy and alignment. Learn wants vs. needs of your mind and body. Work with foundation postures, the subtle energy, yoga philosophy, ayurvedic principles, diaphragmatic breathing, pranayama, and meditation. Class ends with guided relaxation.

Sit too much? Do you have stiffness, restless sleep, tightness, or aches and pains, anxiety and a mind that will not shut down? Is the new way of living getting to you? Learn focused breathing to release and let go. Use yoga poses for problem areas to increase and stimulate blood flow and decrease tension, tightness, and stiffness. Find new patterns for health and wellness. End class with a guided relaxation.

Our playground is the beauty of nature to learn the 5-step approach for a daily practice to cultivate calm and support your inner journey. Course includes lecture, discussion, practice, breath awareness, finding a meditation seat, and techniques to quiet, focus and harness your busy mind. No experience needed.
By appointment only with certified yoga therapist Pamela Grubb. Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with health challenges. Yoga therapists prescribe specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to suit individual needs.
Your first appointment is a 90 minute assessment, evaluation, and discussion of strengths and weaknesses. Appropriate techniques to reach desired goals and outcome will be addressed.
Following your first appointment, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly one-hour visits will be scheduled. A personal routine will be designed to improve overall health and well-being.
One-on-one sessions are wonderful for those who may be intimidated by a class, who want personalized instruction, or have a specific condition. During this time you learn about your body and how the body compensates for injury, tightness, or day-to-day living. Private sessions may be of interest to those with health concerns such as asthma, allergies, back issues, cancer, or other health related aliments.

Coaching on daily habits, mental health, relationship building and working on a better you helps clients to overcome their challenges and gain independence. The therapist's role is to empower clients to take a more active role in their self-care.
Your first appointment is a 90 minute assessment and evaluation using the 7 dimensions of wellness of your mind, physical concerns, social, cultural, environmental, occupational, spiritual, and emotional well being.
Following your first appointment, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly one-hour visits will be scheduled. A personal routine will be designed to improve overall health and well-being.
Support sessions focus on the 7 dimensions of wellness which may include discussion of energy levels, sleep patterns, stressors, medical concerns, diet/nutrition and breathing. Sessions encourage looking at emotional reactions to life’s events around home-life, work and community and their effect on well-being.
